September 27 2016: NETfficient review meeting in Poissy (France)

On 27th September 2016 the NETfficient project was invited by the European Commission for a project review and its partners met with the Project Officer at the partner’s PowerTech Systems (PTS) premises in Poissy (France).

The Work Package Leaders gave an overview on the project’s main activities, first achievements and progresses from the first 18 months. Further, the strategy to meet the next challenges and milestones was outlined. The project’s progress was well acknowledged by the Project Officer.

As requested by the PO the meeting was complemented by a visit to PowerTech Systems. In PTS laboratory, the project partners and the Project Officer learned more about its high-end technology and expertise in Li-Ion batteries, battery management and their integration into storage systems (Picture 1).

Cyril Bergeaud, founder and Managing Director of PTS, personally introduced the partners to its Li-Ion battery storage systems that are being developed for NETfficient (Picture 2).
